Sam Kelsall is the Director and Lead Social Worker at Nexus Family Connect. With over 20 years of experience working with children and families across a variety of roles, Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organisation. She has nine years of dedicated social work experience, much of which has been focused on child protection and court-related work. More recently, Sam has specialised as a 16.4 Guardian within private law proceedings, providing expert guidance and advocacy to ensure the welfare and best interests of children are prioritised. 

Sam is also a proud mum of two daughters and shares her home with two mischievous French Bulldogs, Reggie and Rocco. Her personal experience of family life, combined with her professional expertise, gives her a unique perspective on supporting children and families through complex challenges.
